Fabric

Every design and fabric has been pictured and described as accurately as possible in every listing. Color however may vary depending on your computer or device screen. All fabric has been printed in a continuous repeat. If you order 3 yards of any design, you will receive 3 continuous yards. 

Colors may slightly vary from one order to another if the design was printed at a different time. If you foresee needing a considerable amount of one design you should consider buying all at once or contacting me to put in a special order.

The printing process used for my collection is of the highest quality, however minimal imperfections like spots can happen. While I try my best to identify this flaws and avoid them, anything smaller than a quarter is deemed normal and no refund or discount will be offered.

The new collections, Cool + Wild and Happy Holidays, use only OEKO-TEX organic inks.


Processing time

My fabric is printed to order. Once the pre-order period has been closed the OK is given to the printer to start printing my order. Please allow a minimum of 3-4 weeks for me to receive the printed fabric and 3 business days to process and ship. Any fabric leftover from the pre-sale becomes part of my retail inventory, for these fabric please allow 3 business days to process and ship.

For retail solids, stripes, dots and novelty please also allow 3 business days to process and ship, however in most cases the processing time is 1 day.

Orders are processed in the order they were received. I "rest" Saturdays and Sundays, and Federal Holidays. 


LAYAWAY

- Layaway is available for Pre-orders of $45 or more. 
- You will have to contact me to set it up and payments will be done through Paypal invoice. 
- The first payment is 50% of your total order and the second and final payment will be when the fabric is ready to be shipped to me. 
- Layaway orders cannot be cancelled for a full refund. If you need to break our layaway contract 30% of the order total will be kept by the seller (me). 20% will be returned to you (buyer), and you will receive none of your order.
- If for any reason the entire pre-order is cancelled by the seller (me), you will receive a full refund.
- If any problems arise, like an emergency or just a life situation that doesn't allow you to fulfill the layaway contract please contact me first.

SHIPPING

I do my best to calculate prices accurately and to find the best shipping option for your order. Any shipping overcharge beyond $2 will be refunded to you.

Estimated shipping times:

North America: 2 to 5 business days

Canada: 1 to 2 weeks

Europe: 2 to 3 weeks

For the rest of the world please allow 3 up to 5 weeks.


Cancellations, Exchanges & Refunds

Unfortunately I can't accept cancellations, however if you have any problems with your order please email me.

I accept exchanges and refunds. All fabric must be unwashed and uncut, and any issues (beyond the ones described in the Policy section "Fabric") must be reported by email within 48 hours of receiving your order. 

Return shipping costs are responsibility of the buyer, unless the wrong fabric was shipped. If the fabric is not returned in its original condition (unwashed and uncut), the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. Refunds will be issued once the fabric makes its way back to me and is inspected. Please allow up to 3 business days for your refund, minus any original shipping charges.
