Thank you for shopping! Read below for details on care, refunds/exchanges and repairs.

Product details

I try to photograph and describe every piece of jewelry to the best of my ability. Make sure to read on the details, materials and dimensions to accurately decide what fits your looks and preferences.

Care

Polymer is a wear resistant material, however you still want to be kind to your jewelry. If needed, you can wipe it with a damp, soft cloth. Do not wear them to the pool and avoid leaving them under direct sunlight. If your jewelry has surface finishes like paint or 22k gold foil, please know that the surfaces have been properly varnished and sealed, still I recommend storing them away other earrings that might scratch them.

Polymer clay can feel bendable, however do not bend it yourself, as it will break just like any other plastic or resin.

Refunds/ Exchanges

I do not offer refunds on change of mind. However, if you decide that the jewelry you purchased is not completely “you”, I’ll be happy to offer an exchange for anything in the shop. If this is the case, please send me an email at hello@ninazabal.com within 5 days of receiving your jewelry. After that, you have 10 days to return it. Once received a store credit will be given to you and you can use it to get anything else you want in my shop.

Repairs

While every piece of jewelry in the shop is one-of-a-kind it is not impossible to make repairs if an accident happens. Please email me at hello@ninazabal.com to discuss the extent of the repair. In most cases I will just ask you to cover shipping back and forth.
